       By using Laundry Casket services, you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all parties.

 

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Pickup times are requested, not guaranteed

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $10 fee

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, volume, or unforeseen circumstances

 

Payment & Release of Items

• Payment is due upon completion of service, and prior to release of items unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon.

• Pricing is based on bag count and selected services

• Laundry Casket reserves the right to withhold return of items until full payment is received

• If payment is not made at the time of delivery, items may be held until payment is completed

• If payment is not received within 24 hours of delivery attempt, the following may apply:

  • A $10 re-delivery fee may be required

  • Items will not be returned until full payment (including any additional fees) is received

• If payment is not received within 7 days, Laundry Casket reserves the right to donate, dispose of, or otherwise handle unclaimed items at its discretion

Laundry Handling & Liability

• Laundry Casket handles all items with reasonable care but is not responsible for:

  • Damage from standard washing and drying

  • Pre-existing damage or wear

  • Color bleeding, shrinkage, or fabric changes

  • Stains that cannot be removed

  • Items left in pockets (pens, wrappers or items that may stain or bleed)

  • Laundry Casket uses Free & Clear detergent and standard dryer sheets unless otherwise requested. While we aim to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking all pockets before pickup

  • Clearly identifying any special care instructions

  • Notifying Laundry Casket in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or special product requirements

  • Providing or requesting alternative detergents or products if needed

• Laundry Casket is not responsible for items requiring special care unless disclosed in advance

• Do not include items of high monetary or sentimental value.

Loss or Damage

• Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Liability, if accepted, is limited to the cost of the service provided, not the value of the item

 

Pickup & Delivery

• Laundry must be placed in a tied, standard bag

• Items must be left in a clear and accessible location

• Laundry Casket is not responsible for items left in unsecured or unclear areas

Prohibited Items

We do not accept items contaminated with:

• Blood

• Bugs of any kind

• Hazardous materials

• Excessive bodily fluids

• Excessive pet hair or pet damage (urine or feces)

Items may be refused or returned unwashed if deemed unsafe

 

Service Refusal

Laundry Casket reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, improperly prepared laundry, or repeated policy violations

 

Final Note

Laundry Casket is an independent service. While every effort is made to provide consistent, high-quality care, results may vary.

By using this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
